The short answer
The Cincinnati Reds offer dedicated private event facilities at Great American Ball Park. The team’s Special Events Department can discuss which rooms, clubs and other facilities suit a particular date and audience. A rental of an event room is not automatically a rental of the baseball field.
What kinds of events fit?
The team lists meetings, conferences, galas, weddings and client or employee appreciation events among its uses. A corporate reception overlooking the ballpark is very different from buying out an entire stadium, so specify your objective and preferred footprint.
What to ask before requesting a quote
Ask whether your date overlaps a home game or another function; which event spaces are available; what the seated and standing capacities are; what food and beverage minimums apply; whether the approved caterer is required; what security, insurance and staff time are included; and whether any field, concourse or club access is part of the agreement.
